Roasted Black Pepper Chicken by Chef Eiz


Roasted Black Pepper Chicken with My Best Black Pepper Sauce and the side dishes of Steam French Beans with Grilled Carrot on top!

Hye all… as 15th November which my birthday! Happy Birthday to me! Btw, thanks to all who wish me on my day! Thanks and thanks a lot!
Today! Errrmmm, My family said they want to treat me at my favourite restaurant… but I said back to them, why wasting…?
It has a lot of way to get better on my special day! Ok fine, I took this opportunity to cook something special! I bought an uncut chicken ( whole chicken ) and decided to roast it!

Hahaha… ok! Speaking English plak chef kan! Xpe…sekali sekala lerrr… Excited puyer pasal, so ter’type’ in English…
Btw, mesti ramai kan yang over excited bile tengok ayam tertonggok sekor2 ni kan… lebih2 lg bile tngok .Kenny’s Rogers Roaster papar kn ayam2 diorang yg tergolek2 kt entrance depa! So, ramai laaa Malaysian yang dessprate nk ayam tu beratur tiap2 minggu g Kenny’s..
Look! Bkn nk ‘down’ kan restoran tersebut but fact ! ayam diorang jual tu murah shj, yang mahal nyerr ‘BRANDS’, di KENNY’s ROGERS ROASTER silaaa lah kunjungi…
Hahahaha~~~~~
Btw, Chef harini just nk bgtaw laaaaa sedikit sebnyk resipy restaurant ni… xde lah 100% sme tp bit tasted lah… bnyak jgak yg u all perlu buat kalau nk dapt hasil yg baik…
Tools or equipment yg ‘base’ pun dah cukup..janji ade ‘oven’ yang boleh berpusing atau yg boleh golek ayam…



Resipy :-
2 no’s | Whole Chicken ( dibersihkan ) 1.3-1.5kg per no’s
Bahan Kering ( Dikisar halus )
20 pcs | Bunga Cengkih
2 batang | Kayu Manis
3 pcs | Bungan Lawang
10 gram | Biji Lada Hitam
10-15 gram | Serbuk Stok Ayam
20 gram | Garam Halus
10 gram | Serbuk Kunyit
10 Tangkai | Cili Kering
5  Biji | Buah Keras
Bahan Basah (Dikisar)
10-15 gram | Halia
2 biji besar | Bawang Besar
5-6 ulas | Bawang Putih
20 Tangkai | Cili Kering
150 ml | Sos Lada Hitam
100 ml | Madu
100 ml | Kicap Cair  @ Pekat
20 gram | Gula




Cara-cara :- 
1| Basuh dan bersihkan Ayam. Campurkan semua bahan kering dalam satu mangkuk.
2| ‘Rub’ Bahan kering di dalam lubang atau bahagian dalam ayam. Ratakan di bahagian luar dan bahagian bawah kulit ayam.
3| Simpan dalam Peti Sejuk Beku selama 20 minit.
4| Selapas 20 minit, keluarkn ayam tersebut, bancuh dan campurkan bahan basah. Ratakan di bahagian luar ayam
5| Ikat kaki ayam dengan dawai, dan simpan dalam peti sejuk yang tidak beku selama 45-60 minit sebelum di panggang.
6| Gunakan penyucuk ayam atau ‘Mortor’ dan masak dalam ketuhar dengan  suhu 200 degree selama 1jam 15 minit. ( warna ayam akan keemasan jika masak, adjust suhu mengikut ketuhar)
7| Hidangkan dengan mushroom sauce atau black pepper sause! (Untuk recipy sauce, sila scroll down)

My Big Day! Graduation

Hi Guys, this is a #Throwback 
A year ago when I received my scroll .
Maybe education war still in beginning level 
and a lot of stages MUST I struggle to get the higher level of education. Nothing impossible right...? Btw, just express my deepest thanks to my college's tutors I missed to say thanks of their effort before! Thanks and millions thanks... 
It's not to much to say, I had a lot of obstacles, slander, lost and etc. But I took all of it as challenge and all of it has arranged from Allah.
It's time to forgive, forget and start a new.

Burasak , a Bugis Traditional Cuisine by, Chef Eiz


Hai all! 
Hari ni Cheff x masak.. so this the rest day as semalam kawan Chef ade call..
hahaha!!
what's up kato eh...
Chef pown cakap lah... All prices are raising UP... hahahaa...
just joke okay!

My friend, cousin actually, He's invited me to his house...
amazingly and suprizingly..
They ready for me one of my favourite food!
Guess what? It's Burasak! ha ha...

Ok.. Cerite tentang BURASAK ni..
Ni one of 'Bugis' traditional food..
Biase nyerr di hidangkan pada waktu keraian..
Macam Hari Raye Aidilfitri or AidilAdha... 
Taste just like ketupat tp, di balut dengan daun pisang dan dlm bentuk 4 segi tepat yang leper,
dan ade yang di bungkus dalam bentuk Segi Tiga mcm chocolate Toblerone uh ..
Kreatif x ...?? XOXO
Di masak dengan santan cair, so, it will be bit colestrol but not all all lah!
hahaha...
So, Chef jadikan ni as one of my favourite and a MUST dishes bile visitted them..

#Bugis ,
Ni plak one of Suku kaum yang terdapat di Malaysia..
mostly kaum ni Islam, and more to Jawa like masyarakat Minang..
Cuma, Bugis most of them stayed at South of Malaysia which in Johore, 
tapi Minang plak kt Nogori Sembilan..
Adat plak, I'm not so sure..
Please to inform, Chef ingtkan just Cousin and related Chef je yg orang Bugis..
but today when I post a status @Instagram : muhammadmuizzu91 ramai plak org bugis..
Xsalah jadik org bugis, cume salahnyerr kalau masak #burasak x ajak Chef!
hahahahaha~~~
Done about #Bugis , takut kalau salah fakta kene banned..

Baked Tomatoes with Grilled Garlic Chicken Filling

Looks like nyummy!! 

Recipy :-
4 pcs | tomatoes
150 grams | Fine Slice Breast Chicken
1 1/2 pcs | Mashes and boiled Potatoes
8 - 10 grams | Fine Chopped Garlic
5 grams | Pepper Powder
| Salt
| Shredded Cheese 

Method
1| Buat lubang di atas setiap tomato, buang isi tomato
2| Simpan dalam peti sejuk untuk seketika.
3| Tumis Garlic, and slice chicken sampai separuh masak,
 perisakan dengan garam dan pepper.
4| Tutup api, dan masukan mashed potatoes. Sebatikan.
5| Masukan 'filling' tersebut ke dalam setiap lubang tomato tadi.
6| Panaskan Oven atau ketuhar.
7| Top kan tomato tadi dengan 'shredded cheese'.
8| Bakar Tomato pada suhu 200 degree selama 25-30 minit ikut tekturs yg u all nak!
9| Ape lg, keluarkan dan ngap lah!

Baked Tomatoes ni u all boleh makan #TeaTime ! or #Dinner ..
Boleh Combine jgak dengan others meal mcm #MacNCheese or Pasta!
Sedap taw! and kompem sedap!

Mixed Simple Garden Salad

Bahan – Bahan
Batavia Lettuce | 300-400 gram
Baby Butterhead Lettuce | 300 gram
Cheddar Cheese | 120 gram ( Dihiris )
Tomato Cherry | 120 gram (dipotong 4)
Golden Mushroom |150 gram
Chicken Breast Part | 200 gram

Sauce (Salad Dressing)
Olive Oil | 100 ml
Black Pepper Powder |15 gram
White Pepper Powder |15 gram
Salt | secukupnya
Bawang Besar |1 labu (dadu)
Bawang Putih  | 2-3 ulas (cincang)
Lemon atau Limau Nipis |1 biji (diperah)

Kaedah Memasak
1| Rebus dada ayam sehingga masak, sejukkan dan carik-carikan dada ayam tersebut.
2| Basuh dengan air bersih dan toskan semua sayur mentah sehingga kering. Elakan sayur yang masih ada air dan basah.
 3| Untuk sos, bancuh semua bahan dalam sebuah bekas dan sesuaikan rasa. Campurkan semua bahan dan sesuaikan rasa. Simpan di dalam peti sejuk sekurang-kurangnya 4 jam sebelum penyediaan.
 4| Salad ini sesuai disediakan dalam keadaan sejuk.

hahaha...so now, tadaaaaa! I'm back with my new recipy walau xseberape pun.. hehe
btw, this time Chef ade 1 resipi mudah and tersangat mudah untuk 'teenage' kt luar sne...

Chef suke McD! serious weyh... hahahaa.. latest product diorang is 'Onion Ring'..
 tp kt situ diorang jual, eiisshh.. bapak kucing mahal eh!

Giler! bende yg mudah + simple + senang jual mahal mcm tuh...
Simpang malaikat 44! 
so, Chef pown ade google mcm2 pages utk crik recipi yg marbeles nih...
Finally jumpe.. mixed and matches utk truly Malaysian n Asian taste so terciptalah recipi ni...

So, sape2 yg dah tngok recipi ni, try-lah! memang sedap weyh! nanti kalau dah try kite sahre2 lah kt org lain keyh! Sharing-is-caring right...?

Ni lah recipi yang dapat Chef ringkas kan...    

Crispy Spicy Onion Ring
Bahan – Bahan

Bawang Besar         2-3 labu dipotong bulat2 tebal 0.5 cm
Tepung Gandum    250 gram
Tepung Jagung       90 gram
Serbuk penaik         15 gram
Soda bikarbonat     25 gram 
Serbuk Lada hitam                20 gram
Serbuk Lada Putih 20 gram
Serbuk Stok Ayam 30-40 gram
Chilli Flakes            10-15 gram   (chilli kering dikisar halus)
Serbuk Kunyit        Sedikit ( Untuk warna )
Serbuk Kari             10-20 gram

Cara Memasak
Ø  Bancuh semua bahan (kecuali bawang besar) di dalam sebuah bekas dengan air sedikit demi sedikit sehingga mencapaikelikatan yang boleh dicelup.
Ø  Sesuaikan rasa ( jika kurang pedas, tambah serbuk kari atau serbuk lada ) simpan di dalam peti sejuk buat seketika.
Ø  Celupkan hirisan bawang besar ke dalam bancuhan tepung tadi dan goreng di dalam kuali dengan minyak yang panas.
Hidangkan, dan hias ikut kesesuaian

Yess! this is my moments, months knewing them, it turn us to be apart of family..
Walaupun sekejap je tempoh khidmat Chef ngan diorang ni, nut this is amazing lol..
Be a team, is just  a history..

Before raye, kitorang smuer berjimba lah kejap.. 'berjimba taw! bukan berjimak'.. hahaha..
So, we chose 'Restoran Warisan' for our Iftar..
Best moment  we had..

Sambil2x makan uh, we all had a photoshoot snap..
But only using my iPhone 5s je lah,,, budget xdo... hahaha..
Even background was a burnt Paddy Field, but so nice lol..

Okay, at my 1st sight I thought it was like ABC but now I noticed that, it has 
DEFGHIJKLMN at the back and to
 'Z' I see it too far.

Believe me, I think like I want to in the restaurant back lol..
managing too much outlet burden me right now weyyhh...

Is it challege for me at this early ages? urrrmmm, 23rd?
Today, I felt to hard.. Seriously, any one, please, please help me..
I need some help from senior, but it seem like 'urrmmm'...

Today need to settle 5 reports but, only 1 report success to settle but failed to submit..
Haiyooo.. how can..?
I dont believe this yaww...

[ MuizAtWork ] - 1st Journey


Hye all, I just checked In at Ayer Hitam Hotel. 
As today my 1st day doing my job over south area, It's quite challeging me here.

1st drop I do it by myself with another 2 team from IT Support and Techniqal Support towards Kluang Mall outlet. And at the evening I going to Batu Pahat Mall most known as BP Mall.

I end up my work at 11 pm and having my late supper.
Along my village area, I back to my hometown with 'working' lol.

Tomorrow I'll start my day to another outlet as I will update it later guys!

Urrmm, in side of my  heart, I feel like uncomfortable to what I'm doing right now. But what else I can say. beginning just shut up my word.
Sakit! and tired that was what I felt right now. Just look, wait and see.

Daaa.. guys, as yest, I also need rest to continue my day tomorrow. I have another 5 days to complete my task over here. Good night all! See u later...

Okay, today my day 21 I'm working toward my new career. 
Nothing to show to others because I'm totally don't know exactly my job scope. But, I can understand most of the job that I must to do. 
As an example, taking and managing the foreign worker come
 and working under thing organization.

Okay, stop talking about okay okay and okay.
Now, I need tightly rest because tomorrow I will going to Johore for visiting outlet there.
Maybe for 5 days and after that I take my long leave. 

Anything I will update here often all!

Quite excited to having my journey there. Working + enjoying myself!

Selangkah Pergi


Hello Guys,
Its quite long time that I've not to post anything..
That's all because the place that I worked before are not permitting me to spend for myself.

Errrmmm,,
it's okay then, now I've my new career. It's gonna been long to be together with my old team lol. Btw, thats all my work experiences. By hope or by cope I faced that.



Anyway, I just wanna to say Thank You The Chicken Rice Shop to giving me a lot of valueable memory for this 4 golden years, to gain knowledge in leadership, opportunity to conduct everything from A-Z, staff, supervisor, assist manager training, Store-In-Charge. And I believe this opportunity will never I get in others organization in this young ages (22). Even, I faced a lot of hard seasons, or critical situation I accept it. Dont worry this experiences will always I keep in my mind! Thanks all. No grudes that I want to repay. All professional.




Now, on 23rd July 2014 I end up everything. Spend time for my family after 4 years I've not celebrate Eidulfitri, and this year I celebrate it in whole month. Hahaha, quite over but I have that time.

An Entry


Hye Guys, and Assalamualikum..

Again I post an entry after a few month from my last entry..
Hahaaha..it's almost 3 months gaps lol..

Huh..Bit adventurous nowdays..even I called this carreer as 'cikai-cikai' but this quite testing my 'iman' and more to patient..errmmm..
Or I can describe I already 'fed-up' with all this nonsense job, ummp-h realize or not I already stand for 3 years doing this 'cikai-cikai' job...hahahhaaa.... very a nonsense right..?

Here is some of my outlet at The Chicken Rice Shop that I've work before till now and the next will be..
 First as Part time staff at TCRS Giant Shah Alam where I started my duty there, after 2 months I transfer to TCRS Jusco Seremban 2 at Negeri Sembilan DK. I build up my 'cikai-cikai carrier while I study in Fullshift and in the same time they (the management) offered me a position of Supervisor accordingly I Succed to manage my time working and studying in fulltime well. After that, I moved to TCRS Seremban Parade to cover there. After 6 month, ask for 3 months leaves as I need to perform my last semester for Indusrial Traning for completing my Diploma. And then I rejoined, they (the management) transfer mr back to my early place Shah Alam. On 25th September 2012, that is the serious time that I involve in my carrier. Frankly, it quite tough to work and independent at others place after 21 years I just stay and affort by my family. But I accept it as life challenge. TCRS Tesco Shah Alam was my 4th outlet to survive my career. This outlet teached me a lot about management skills, staff handling and etc in professional. I've teached a lot! Hard when no staff and problem managers outlet around, and gain a lots of money and OTs..hahaha...
After 4 month, again I transfered to TCRS Carrefour Bukit Rimau which that outlet gave me a chance. Hahaha.. I'm promotted to be the Assistance Restaurant Manager in Training as good perfoming duties. The position had been accepted. Hahaha.. Good to hear, after 2 month, I've chosen to open an outlet at TCRS I-City Mall Shah Alam by 1st May 2013, after a month they raised my position to Store-In-Charge. There to conduct and manage the outlet by myself without formal guidance. After and after all, again to my current outlet, TCRS Mydin Mall Seremban 2. It's turn over, Shah Alam - Seremban - Shah Alam - Seremban.. Haha.. And in future, they planned to open new outlet at Palm Mall Bukit Kepayang Seremban which I already chosen to open the outlet or maybe that will be my last outlet to end up my carrier.

Huh! 8 outlet in 3 years. Tough huh? but it's okay..Most of the managers was tranfered because of attitude problems..but I because of needs.. most of them said, I'm talented and very dependable, frankly I tired but no choice to follow their 'order'.

As today I Offduty, I will find my time to doing my personal thing!
